Prayers are sent your way. No details are necessary...God knows exactly for whom we offer up our prayers and what those needs are.

Peace to you all.

Carissa,

I'm praying for your family and sending you huge hugs. My heart hurts for you right now. I might be a tad late, I've been away all weekend - but please know I wish all the best for your family every night regardless. Let me know if I can do anything to help. You've been able to give me a smile when I couldn't find my own on more than 2 occasions.

Love, love you!

I'm a bit late...but you and your family are in my prayers and my thoughts. I want to say more, but nothing I type seems quite right. SO, I will share something that has given me comfort and strength during hard times, and that's the full version of the serenity prayer:

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

Just remember that today and tomorrow are in God's hands...as are you. And He made you with such a beautiful heart...you have the strength to handle whatever comes your way!
