seeing yourself...

wouldn't that be so neat to be able to see YOUSELF with fresh eyes... see yourself as other's see you. Really see yourself... not as yourself.

I think it might be quite interesting to see! Would the weaknesses be the same? Am I as friendly as I think I am? Am I as short as I think I am? Yes... you are! Do I look like I need a rescue from "what not to wear"? Do I really yell THAT loud? Am I a good friend... mother...daughter...sister...wife? Am I cute? Am I really that rude to my husband? Do I look out of shape? Do I show love often enough? Am I really being all I can be? Do I.......? Am I...... ?

What would I REALLY see? What changes would I have to make... hmmmm... thinking about this.

Would you see the same you? Would you what to make any changes?

Deep thoughts today! I have often thought this....what do people see when they look at me???? I think we would be in for a shock! I think I would want to know- so that I could not delude myself anymore.

It's like when you think you are skinny, and then you go to a store and try something on. I always look huge in a dressing room mirror!

I love this post. I think you really are that nice and you really are that cute. You seem like you really are that great of a mother, artist, and friend (to me)! I count my blessing daily - and I know you are one of them!

I'm going to write a post similar to this one and try to answer some of these questions. So check back :)

I've been doin' well - just busy with work - but it's getting better now that the show is almost here. I can't wait to get my hands on my Valentines Day goods :)

I love this post. I ponder the question often. It is so hard to be objective about who we are. Anoter persons perception is their reality. In our minds eye we see ourselves how we wish we could be and find it hard to focus on what we really are. Truth is empowering.... and the hardest thing to grasp.

Thanks for making us think!

I often consider those same thoughts...sometimes it helps make me a better person {until those thoughts wear off..hee hee}. It's hard not to get caught up in the daily routine of our ways.

Yes, yes, yes. Yes, you are friendly! Yes, you are too cute! Yes, you are a good friend, mother, daughter! Yes, you are loud - but that's what we love about you! Yes, you are rude to your hubby (sometimes deservedly). Yes, you're the greatest!
