this fox is down... down with a big 'ol headache! never fails... when mother nature comes by for her lovely monthly visit (was that TMI?)... shebang... so do the migraines! this one is a doozy!

I, too fell victim to mother nature today!...haven't felt this bad in months.
Wow...may that nasty headache disappear quickly! I always say that God gave all the challenging duties (childbirth, monthly visits, wearing bras...) to the stronger sex! :)

My monthly headaches usually come from severe mood swings, which turns into yelling, with a little bit of crying which then turns into a headache. -- But nothing like a migrain. I've never had a migrain, but I've heard they are fierce. Hope you're feeling better soon.
